I present you my post on QJ. (and was on ps3-hacks.com but... dunno what happened to it..)

' Wrote:you can quit being a lazy ass and go find the information your self..

...on another note i wasn't going to spoon feed you but was at least going to hand you the spoon.. problem is, I can't find my post... xD

sooo... guess ill summarize here..

Geohotz hack for the ps3 was a combo of hardware and software. OtherOS was needed for the software side of the hack initially... hence where sonys plan would be valid at all.. keep reading to find out why it NOT valid.

so anyway, geohotz glitches ram with his hardware hack while spaming memory allocs/deallocs with software (IIRC) which confused the hypervisor into thinking memory was free where it wasn't. He used OtherOS to FIND this vulnerability. I repeat... FIND IT!
after finding it, all you need is a mod chip to do the same thing.. hence why this hack will work on the Slim model that... never had OtherOS...

now listen up nooblets...
Removing OtherOS now (or then at 3.21) did... NOTHING AT ALL to improve security.. the system is just as cracked now without OtherOS as it was with it. read that last sentence again until its burned into your fkn scull.

Now.. Since OtherOS WAS used for the initial discovery of this exploit vector, Sony could have made there system a bit more secure BY NEVER HAVING OTHER OS IN THE FIRST PLACE..

That, would have just slowed things down a bit though...

I hope your able to understand this(talking to all your ignorant noobz), cause if you are still on Sony side after being informed of this, you are a hopeless waste and unfortunatly are only part of the problem that holds the human species back from being a truly fair and glorious civilization.

Please please, next time ANYTHING happens and you don't know EVERYTHING about it... just STFU or learn about it and then form an opinion and speak.

The reasons for this change is to break away from 000webhost.com and there free hosting limitations. Also, now that there is a much better server powering the site, i am able to better incorporate my projects with the this site.

There are plans for a homepage rather then a redirect to the forums however that is a very low priority.
Any questions? Feel free to ask...

A simple LAN chatting application for windows.
I'm coding this to familiarize myself with the Windows API and with network programming using Boost's ASIO library.

How to use Alpha:

You must have the host pc's IPv4 address set to "192.168.1.2".
This requirement will be removed in Beta and Release stages, or possibly in a future Alpha.

The host must select "Host" from the "Network" menu.

All clients must select "Client" from the "Network" menu.
There must be a host before clients or you must restart each client.

a pacman game where you can make your own levels.

already got improvements and features planned for future versions even the v1 isn't even out yet.

not to much to talk about here yet but heres a snap shot of a very early lvl editor.

like i said, its not done yet. i had to start over, but here is the version planning. everything will remain backwards compatible. (you can play old levels on the latest version of the game.)
(mainly the added features will be just new things you can add to your levels, since pacman is well.... pacman.)

V1:
